The Opportunity
This new job comes from Infraware. Infraware is an employer that has ongoing work from home job leads for several years now. This current position now available is called a Guardian. As a Guardian, you will be required to gather case information before live meetings. In addition, you will greet and interact with attorneys and other participants attending the meeting online. There may be times when you need to interject a meeting and even provide technical assistance and troubleshooting as needed.
You will also be responsible for labeling all the speakers in real time as well as taking and confirming orders at the end of all live meetings.

Requirements
All Guardians need strong customer service and verbal communication skills. You also need to be familiar with Zoom and have court reporting knowledge and/or experience. Infraware is only hiring candidates in the following states: FL, TN, TX, IN, PA, NC, SC, or VA. If you do not live in the selected states, please apply for another position within the company.

This job is necessary to provide a seamless transcript in real time for lawyers. You must be able to type 70 wpm, have good listening ability, and good reading skills, and can focus for long periods.
Property Estimators and Transcriptionists are responsible for helping to research and estimate the value of lost, stolen, or damaged items. This is needed to assist insurance companies. This non-phone job will require you to perform a Google search of each item to decide on a fair replacement based on the guidelines provided by each insurance company.
The pay for this job starts at $10 per hour. You will earn more on the hour after you complete training. You must accurately type at least 50 wpm, pay strong attention to detail, have reliable internet, meet deadlines, and be punctual and dependable.
