Element Creators
Canva also has a program for people to create and publish elements like photos, graphics, illustrations, vector art, icons, clipart, backgrounds, social media graphics, and other elements on their platform.

There are a three companies that will pay you to watch videos online. One of them is from Delta Group. This job has currently been filled but will reopen again. When it does, I be sure to let everyone know. The other job comes from Bus Patrol but it appears that this job opening is also closed at this time. The last one is from Crowd Gen by Appen. They need Social Media Evaluators to watch videos on social media platforms and evaluate them according to their guidelines. You can apply for the job here.
I just remembered that you can try Telus but make sure you apply for the Rater position because they have a similar job here. The job description may not disclose that you will watch and rate videos but that is what you will be doing. Dataforce and Welocalize has jobs that fall into this category too. I hope this helps.
