What is the application process like?

When you apply for a position you will go through an interview process.  After making it through the interview process, then you will work on a project that will last between 3-8 weeks.  When you decide to join as a full-time employee, you’ll do customer support for WordPress.com for your first three weeks. This job will be very important because you will get to help people use Automattic’s products including WordPress, WooCommerce, Jetpack, Gravatar and more. You will also be a part of a global team that provides 24/7 support to their users via chat, email and forums.

Will I be an employee or and independent contractor?
