How I Started Working from Home for Amazon.com
Working at a “regular” job was not fulfilling for me any longer. I hated the traffic, getting up earlier in the mornings in order to be at work at a certain time and putting in 40-60 hours every week away from my family was no longer serving my needs.
I had been searching work from home job boards like Workers On Board and Rat Race Rebellion for 5 years looking for the perfect position. My wish list was 4 days a week with weekends off and the flexibility of just 4-5 hours per day. Finally in July of 2017, I found just what I was looking for at Amazon.com. They were hiring for remote workers to work from home as a Part Time Flex Customer Service Associate.
The job was a perfect fit and met all the criteria I was looking for and more. Amazon had an extensive hiring process which took about 30 days for me. The position required a full background check and application. You can see the listing below for more details from the most recent hiring event this past April 2018.

I have found my perfect position and have been working there for 6 months now! They provide all of the necessary equipment you need such as a computer, headset and 2 Gemaltos that are used to log into their system. The benefits are great and Amazon is a very wonderful company to work for. They offer opportunities to move up within the company to work for different departments. I highly recommend working for Amazon.com and have recommended working for them to several people who’ve asked me about it. I love this job and so will you if you’re looking to work from home for a dependable company.
