Sagility is now hiring reps to join their Call Center team.  You will be responsible for handling incoming calls promptly and professionally to conduct research, and provide effective solutions to customer inquiries.  You will also accurately document all call details.

They are looking for candidates with at least 1 year at a single job who can type 25 wpm, who have reliable attendance, a private workspace at home who can work some weekends.  This job pays up to $14 per hour with incentives and paid training.  They offer daily pay, benefits, and perks.

Customer Service – Multiple Full and Part-Time Openings

Williams Sonoma is now accepting applications until July for remote workers to join their remote team.  They need you to provide world-class support to customers as a Brand Ambassador for the company.  You will resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, assist with returns, maintain customer data, and provide accurate information.

All qualified candidates will need 1 year customer service experience, strong communication skills, be tech-savvy, and have a quiet workspace with a reliable internet connection.  The pay is $15 per hour with paid training, performance incentives, bonuses, and benefits.

Project Advisors 

Working Solutions is recruiting candidates to match homeowners with certified pros to complete projects around their homes.  You will place outbound calls to check on the status of their projects and cross-sell additional services.

This job allows you to create your own schedule and doesn’t require experience, but you will need sales skills, knowledge of home improvement and remodeling, a professional demeanor, and the ability to build a rapport with customers.  You will get paid up to $0.32 per minute of time worked on Monday and Tuesday and up to $0.27 per minute working Wednesday through Sunday.

Home Agents – Flexible Schedule Options

HGS is hiring agents to identify customer needs, research answers to questions, provide timely and accurate information, and document any interactions and outcomes in their system.

All agents will need 6 months customer service experience, be familiar with Android and iOS mobile applications, be computer savvy, caring, supportive, and have a high school diploma or GED.  This job pays up to $16 per hour with benefits and referral bonuses.
