They recruit and hire remote workers for their entry-level work at home jobs to work seasonally contacting apartment communities by phone as a potential renter. As a Rent Surveyor for Yardi Matrix, you will be required to gather information from various apartment communities by asking simple questions about rent prices, specials, and other details that you will update from home. How much do Rent Surveyors make?
Yardi Matrix guarantees that you will earn $6 per hour plus a piece rate of $0.50 for surveys marked done, $0.30 for surveys marked wrong number, $0.20 for surveys marked part-done and $0.07 for surveys marked answering machine or no answer. New Rent Surveyors can expect to earn $9 to $11 per hour and those who have worked for this company before and are returning can earn $14 to $17 per hour.
Remember you can earn more if you work more hours but this is at your discretion.
Yardi Matrix requires their remote workers to complete 75 surveys the first week and 100 surveys each week thereafter between the hours of 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Those who are able to complete the surveys faster with accuracy will receive higher compensation.
