What are my job responsibilities?

TTEC is hiring Inbound Customer Service Reps to answer inbound calls and emails from customers accessing their needs and answering questions.  You will also be responsible for resolving their issues and concerns, and gathering information to make appropriate recommendations for new products and services.  TTEC also has openings for Contact Tracers, Inbound Sales, Tech Support, and Bilingual Customer Service Reps.

Unfortunately, the Quality Assurance and Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance agent positions have been filled in the United States.

What are the requirements?

You need at least 6 months of customer service experience, good communication skills, be competent with MS Windows and other computer applications, a quiet place to work, and have a high school diploma or equivalent.  In your home office, you will need the following items:
