What are my job duties?
You will be responsible for processing and typing in Excel and paper orders for the Popcorn Factory. The paper orders will come from both the consumer and Corporate Sales divisions. You will also process and key in the customer gift history. Monitor and maintain business and product knowledge as well as process fax and email orders.
What are the requirements of this job opportunity?
The Popcorn Factory is looking for candidates who possess good grammar and spelling ability in the English language. You also need to have customer service ability to serve their needs. Have knowledge of computers including software, applications, and programming. Because the job involves mostly data entry, candidates will need to type at least 35 wpm and have knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures including word processing.
