You will also be responsible for gauging each customer’s overall satisfaction with each contact through measurements.

What requirements will I need?
This position will require you to have a work from home space that is free of all normal household distractions. This stipulation is necessary so that you can focus on your job duties and evaluate your tasks accurately. You will also need a PC in your home office with MS Word and Excel, can type 35 wpm with 85% accuracy, and a high school diploma or GED.
How many hours will I be required to work?
This job requires you to work at least 20 hours each week. Cogsnosate has 2 schedules available. You can work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 12 pm or from 1 pm to 5 pm. Weekends are not required.
During training, you will be required to be in class for 4 to 5 hours a day Monday through Friday between 8 am to 5 pm Eastern Standard Time.
