How much will you get paid working for ACD Direct?
New agents who are contracted with ACD Direct will earn $0.25 per minute of talk time. Agents that take inbound phone calls will earn from $0.20 up to $0.32 per minute of talk time depending on the project. Experienced call agents can make up to $0.35 per minute of talk time. ACD Direct also offers other opportunities such as answering emails, working tickets and providing chat support with all different pay rates. ACD Direct pays all their agents via direct deposit.
