This company is open to poets year-round and encourages all authors to submit their poetry to them.  All poems must be submitted in English.  This company pays $50 up to $150 per poem.

Poetry Foundation

Poetry pays almost twice as much as Palette Poetry for submissions that will be published by the company.  You are only allowed to submit one submission at a time per category and it must not be previously published anywhere else online.  Pays $10 a line for text poems with an honorarium (voluntary payment where fees are not required) of $300 per poem.  If it is published in print and video they pay for each format.  For prose or the natural flow of speech, pay $150 per published page.

Arc Poetry Magazine

Will accepts poets from all stages of their writing careers to submit poetry that may be published by the company.  Submissions start April 1st and they do not accept paper submissions.  This company pays a rate of $50 per page.

Rattle

This company also accepts submissions year-round and does not accept or publish previously published work.  If you submit your poetry in printed format, you will receive $200 and a complimentary 1-year subscription to their magazine.  Online contributors receive $100 per poem.  If your submission is selected for their annual award, you will get a $2,000 prize!

VQR

This company will accept poetry of all types and lengths.  The pay per poem is $200 for up to 4 poems.  They pay $1,000 for 5 poems or more.  Personal essays and literary criticisms pay $1,000 or above at $0.25  per word.  Book reviews pay a flat rate of $500.  Online content pays $100 to $200 depending on the length and genre.

You can currently submit your poetry to this company as well as other forms of writing content.  They pay $50 per page up to $250 for contributions regardless of genre.  Visual work pays up to $500 maximum.

River Styx

This company accepts a variety of content from writers including poetry and even short plays, essays, etc.  If your content is published, you will receive $25 up to $150 depending on the length which also includes a 1-year subscription to their magazine.  Artwork published is paid from $50 to $150 depending on location.

A well-known company that loves to receive poetry from contributors.  They are willing to pay $200 per poem plus you will receive 10 free copies of the book your story or poem appears in.  Other perks too.

This company publishes all types of content from poetry to short stories, essays, etc.  They pay $125 per poem and up to $500 for full-length fiction or non-fiction.  Artwork is paid at $150.
