What are my job duties as an Online Shopper?
As an Online Shopper, you will be required to evaluate various online retailers and collect important details and information about the whole shopping experience. This includes your evaluation of purchasing the products, contacting customer service, and then returning the products. This is necessary to help determine which stores provide the best customer service experience.
You will also be required to view and vet lists of data on a regular basis, perform weekly reconciliation of financial tasks, and monthly reconciliation of monthly donations. Another feature of your job duties will consist of providing daily updates and maintenance of data, managing emails in multiple accounts, and similar duties.
Telus International is hiring Online Shoppers to work from home. You will be required to attend and participate in weekly team meetings, team-building sessions, and other meetings or training as needed.

For this position, they are specifically looking for people in the United States who have a strong interest in online shopping and considers themselves to be a regular online shopper. You must be flexible, work at least 5 hours a day, and be able to receive and return packages during normal business hours.

You can select when you want to work as long as it’s between the hours of 7 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday. This allows you to have some flexibility in your work schedule and can be ideal for those who work another job, only want to work part-time, prefer a non-phone job, or attend school.

How long will this job last?

Additional duties
